We are a community in the sense of the spanish horizontal property law. The Los Molinos community is member of the “General Community of the La Manga Club” and the rights and responsibilities of both communities are ruled in the respective by-laws. The Spanish horizontal law takes precedence over the by-laws.

The Los Molinos Community consists of 150 community villas within lovely gardens, large pool-area, parking facilities and access ways. In the section “information” the page “location” shows a map or a satellite image of the La Manga Club. It is zoom-able and therefore one can easily get an overview of the whole community.
